How AK Sharma came close to PM Modi, had a relationship from Gujarat to Delhi, now became minister of Yogi government

                        Former IAS officer AK Sharma, who is said to be close to PM Narendra Modi, has taken oath as a minister in the Yogi Adityanath government of UP. This is the new innings of long-time bureaucrat AK Sharma, in which he will now be in public life as a minister. Ever since he was made a member of the Legislative Council last year, there have been discussions about his closeness with PM Narendra Modi. where itIt has also been known that PM Narendra Modi wanted to make him Deputy CM. However, now he is associated only as a minister. AK Sharma is an IAS officer of Gujarat cadre and hails from Mau district of UP.

                       AK Sharma was an officer in the Gujarat government when Narendra Modi was the CM. AK Sharma was one of his favorite officers and this was the reason that when PM Narendra Modi came to Delhi, he was also appointed in the PMO. Then he was given entry in politics and took VRS last year. After this he joined the BJP and was also made the vice-president of UP. Not only this, in the Legislative Council also heSent and since then discussions were going on that he can be made Deputy CM. However, nothing like this could happen. Discussions went so far that there is a difference of opinion between CM Yogi Adityanath and the central leadership regarding Sharma.

                      When the cases increased rapidly in Uttar Pradesh in the second wave of Corona, AK Sharma took over the responsibility of Varanasi. PM Narendra Modi's assuming office in the parliamentary constituency once again sent a message that the central leadership is thinking something big about him. He has also been given credit for the reduction in corona cases in Varanasi. PM Narendra Modi also praised him for his work in the district.Significantly, former IPS officer Aseem Arun has also been made a minister in the Yogi government. He had won from Kannauj seat.
