Chief Risk Officer:
Candidates should have completed Graduation from recognized University. Applicants should have Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. Applicant needed to have minimum 5 years of work experience in related field.
Chief Compliance Officer: Should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized University. Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or financial services required. Out of 15 tears candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Audit or Finance or Compliance or Legal or Risk management Functions.
Chief Financial Officer: Completed Charted Accountant and needed to have minimum 15 years of work experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in banks or other large financial institutes or PSU. Applicant should have minimum 5 years of experience in Senior Management Level.
Chief Technical Officer: Engineering Graduates or MCA completed can apply for this post. Candidates must have minimum 15 years of experience in Banking-IT related areas or projects involving IT policy and Planning or Financial networks and Applications or in related field. 5 years experience in Senior Management level required.
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO): Master’s Degree Holders or MCA Completed or Engineering Graduates Engineering disciplines namely Electronics & Telecommunications or Computer Science or Electronics & Electrical or Information Technology or Electronics & Communication can apply. Applicant should have 20 years of experience in Banking and worked for minimum 15 years in Domain area. Applicant must have 10 years of experience in Information Security field in Supervisory Role.
Chief Digital Officer (CDO):Applicant should have completed BE or B.Tech in CS or ECE or Information Science from recognized University. B.Sc and MCA completed can also apply. Applicant needed to have minimum 15 years of experience in related field.
PNB Selection Process
Based on the qualification and work experience applicants will get shortlisted for Preliminary Screening and Document Verification. After preliminary screening completed candidate will shortlisted for Interview. Based on the performance in Personal Interview candidates will get selected.
PNB Recruitment Contract Period
Selected candidates will be appointed for the period of 3 years. The contract period is extendable one year at a time and extendable up to 5 years.
PNB Salary Structure
Selected candidate for the post of Specialized Executive will get paid as per qualification and experience. Compensation shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be on case to case basis.
