The Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport of Varanasi in Babatpur came into the limelight on Friday when West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's plane going from here to Kolkata survived the accident. In fact, after campaigning in Varanasi, Mamta Banerjee left for Kolkata at 2:20 pm on Friday in a private chartered plane. At the same time, the aircraft had to face air trouble while landing at Kolkata airport. According to sources related to the airline, there was no casualty in the incident. At the same time, due to this, there was a discussion among the people in the airport premises in Varanasi on Friday evening. West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress President Mamta Banerjee had reached Varanasi on Wednesday in support of Akhilesh Yadav and on Thursday she also addressed a public meeting in Aidhe with the leaders of the SP alliance. The chartered plane in which Mamata Banerjee was traveling on Friday was a small plane in which five people, including Mamta, were on board. Due to this air turbulence, the passengers sitting in it felt tremors. However, there were no casualties. Sources said that all the passengers are safe, the pilot was successful in getting the plane out of air trouble. Airport officials said that air trespass is often encountered by planes. It has to be done when the plane flies in the air and the air collides with its wings uncontrollably. During this, turbulence is created in the aircraft. Due to this, the aircraft suddenly starts moving up and down uncontrollably while moving. Because of this, the passengers sitting inside start feeling tremors. Sometimes this problem occurs even when the weather is bad.
